I'm Iacopo, an engineer — I work in renewable energy and restore historic houses as a passion. Every house we manage was bought abandoned and run down. I love a challenge and I like to give back dignity to homes that deserve it.
We rent for short tourist stays and for longer monthly or annual periods. Sometimes we live in the houses ourselves, so they are not always all available — but there is always one with a story to tell.
